Our Residential Air Duct Cleaning Process:

Our uniformed techs are fully trained and follow the NADCA air duct cleaning standards. They  will provide you with several before after pictures of different areas of the interior of your air duct system to assure you of a quality job.

Our Tech will walk with you thru your home to answer any of your questions or concerns. He will then turn off the HVAC system and connect our high powered HEPA filtered negative air (Vacuum) machine to your duct system. This machine not only collects the contaminates, but more importantly keeps them from coming out of your ducts and into your home during the cleaning process.

While the system is under negative pressure our tech will go thru your home cover all your vents with a special protective plastic covering. After the vent openings are covered the tech will take off vents one by one and feed in our special duct cleaning tool. This tool will not only agitate the contaminates off the duct walls, but also uses high powered compressed air to sweeps them to the negative air machine. This process is repeated thru each vent and also through access opening we will create if necessary on exposed metal duct trunk lines. All openings we create will be properly sealed following the NADCA standards.

Access panels of your furnace will be opened to thoroughly hepa vac and clean the entire furnace blower section.

If your system has air conditioning we will access your evaporator coil normally located in the plenum above your furnace and HEPA vacuum, air wash, apply coil cleaner and rinse. This not only cleans the coil but increases air flow and cooling efficiency.

After the cleaning process is complete out tech will remove all the protective plastic start your system and perform a final walk thru with you.
