It is a great privilege to provide a testimonial of my long time relationship with Brouwer Brothers Steamatic. Brouwer Brothers Steamatic did such a good just that my contractor said it didn't look like they had even been there. Everthing was so clean and neat and orderly. I'm impressed. Thanks for the super job!

Good afternoon Rick, I happen to call and use your company for a job done at my mother’s home. My name’s Barbara and my mother lives in Calumet Park and I happen to be a member of the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports. I found your company listed and checked with the Better Business Bureau and your company had very high ratings so we happened to schedule an appointment and I just wanted to say we’re extremely pleased with how the attendant handled the cleaning process, his name was Eric and he was very personable, very nice, took extra time on cleaning difficult spots. We were concerned about the carpet not holding up, the rug hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, but I informed the attendant that it was still in good condition. Overall, everything turned out perfect and I’m extremely pleased! I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone I know, and also I know it’s extremely hard to keep good people working for you, having worked myself in a business, it’s always nice to let that individual know that they did a good job. Again thank you for giving us the opportunity to use your company and hopefully we can do business again.

Hi my names John, I live in the Northside of Chicago. I had my air ducts cleaned on Saturday by I think his name was Florencio if that sounds right. Just wanted to let you know everything went well, he showed up when we expected him. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly, called me down to the basement if he thought I needed to see something, took pictures with his camera phone of the vents, and showed me exactly what was going on. I thought he was very diligent and very detailed. Just wanted to let you know that.

Yesterday Jerry cleaned my family room carpet. He arrived when he was supposed to, worked diligently to remove a couple of stains, was very pleasant and professional too! He did an awesome job!!! Thanks so much! It was a pleasure doing business with you!!!!

Good Afternoon Mr. Brouwer. My name is James. Florencio came out to my house Saturday and I was calling to thank you all for a real good job that they did. They put in a whole lot of work and cleaned my ductwork real good. I thought something was crazy when I saw other companies with $59.00 deals and I talked to Jaci and she quoted me at $515.00. Florencio explained to me and showed me everything they did and took pictures and I’m very satisfied. I think this is gonna do it, I have people with Asthma and other respiratory problems. I think these guys did a real good job and I wanted to thank you. I needed to have the ductwork cleaned and I remembered your name from the past from TV and radio. I looked in the yellow pages and saw Brouwer Brother’s Steamatic and called you up after talking to a few other companies. There’s a difference in price but I was explained how everything works and I’m glad I went with you. Florencio is a real good worker. Thank you.

Hi Mr. Brouwer, my name is Norma and I just had my ducts cleaned and my dryer vents cleaned by Florencio and Phil and I wanted to tell you what a great job they did.
